Some Backstory:

Art has always been my forte. From age 6, it's what set me apart from the crowd, eventually shaping who I am today! Making art was the one thing my brain could focus on, so I leaned into it. Fast forward to college, my dad urged Art-Studio-Major-Melissa to focus on a marketable path. So I chose a concentration in Graphic Design and became obsessed. It was the perfect balance of creative meets computer nerd.

A Brief Tour Of My Mind...

My passion lies in collaborating with others, particularly small teams, bringing their visions to life. What lights me up are those magical moments when ideas harmonize within a team, and extraordinary projects are born. How do I make this happen? By listening, connecting, and empathizing with people. I meet them where they are and guide them to where they want to be.

What Sets Me Apart:

I'm known for being straightforward, passionate, and relentlessly optimistic, with a heart as big as they come. In my work, I strike a delicate balance between perfectionism and a 'go-with-the-flow' attitude. When I'm fully immersed, I'm completely focused – the outside world could be chaos, and I wouldn't even notice.
